Customer Contract

You can not copy and paste this contract this is a violation of any agreement laws I know. For a contract to be binding both parties are to have copies.
RED FLAGS
1. No Third Party opt out ( Business Partners). So your personal information can be given to anyone.
2. If there is a problem. Unless it is Gross Negligence By the company there is nothing you can do. So if you purchase anything and they dont appear in your account you lose.
3. If there is Gross Negligence the Japanese version of the contract you didnt read or agree to overrides your rights and you have to take them to a Japanese court. So lets say they have a programming error that has your device shut down.. You may or may not have the right to be compensated but you would have to hire a Japanese attorney and go to Japan instead of you going to small claims court in your town.
4. The Japanese contract that you couldnt read ir agree to is the one you are agreeing to be the one you are held to in that Japanese Court.
As a long time Gamer this game is not worth me signing away my personal information or rights that so many have fought for. As a Big Spender in Games you have lost a good customer. Personally, I am offended by your one side, racial slur of a contract and yet you have the nerve to say you will not allow racial slurs or offensive behavior on your game. I have to question did you read your own contract?? How would you feel if it said only the USA Contract will be the version that will be held.. I really dont even think your contract is legal PERIOD but it sure is offensive. And me I have ripped out your game.
